Laura is a solicitor at Beale & Co, specialising in both contentious and non-contentious construction law matters.
She has extensive experience advising contractors, consultants, employers, and funders on a full range of construction project documentation, including main contracts, subcontracts, and professional appointments, as well as ancillary agreements such collateral warranties.
During her training with Beale & Co, she worked closely with the construction team, assisting on large-scale projects and complex disputes involving construction professionals and infrastructure firms. She also gained experience handling defence litigation cases in the High Court, Circuit Court, and District Court, as well as adjudications, multi-party mediations, conciliations, and judicial review proceedings.
Prior to her joining Beale & Co, she gained valuable experience in commercial property, insurance and risk, litigation, and regulatory matters at leading Irish and international law firms.
